Meet Allan

I have been practicing law and helping people with their criminal charges for over 35 years. I know how difficult and confusing the legal system can be, and I know a lot of good people end up needing help to eliminate or minimize the potential punishment. I work hard for my clients so they can  get past their charges and move on with their life. I have helped thousands of clients get their charges dropped, negotiate a plea bargain, or reduce their charges and I want to help you too. 

I have worked as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. This unique combination of experiences has enabled me to know what prosecutors are looking for and how to help build the best possible case for my clients. 

I graduated cum laude (with honors) from Stetson University College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1979. I have worked as an Assistant Attorney General, State Attorney, and Criminal Defense Attorney handling a wide variety of cases, with some cases even going before the Florida Supreme Court. 

I have a great deal of experience and a proven history of success.
